ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a student Marketing and Communications Assistant on behalf of our client. The assignment is part-time starting in mid/late January and initially lasts for three months with a chance of extension.

You will be part of an engaged team working to promote joy and community within football. The assignment also provides valuable practical experience alongside your studies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

In this role, you will be a key person in the football club's external work by helping to make the club visible in an engaging and professional manner. Initially, you will collect images, materials, and conduct interviews to ensure properly adapted communication from the start. The role primarily consists of three main areas:

• Marketing & Communication: You will drive and develop our digital channels, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, create engaging content, and develop a simple marketing strategy with clear priorities and activities.
• Sponsorship & Collaborations: You will support sponsorship work by developing sponsorship packages, enhancing exposure, and contributing to corporate dialogues, while also finding smart synergies between sponsors and marketing at cups, matches, and events.
• Events & Activities: You will assist in planning and promoting cups, camps, and activities, be present at selected matches and events, and contribute creative ideas that create engagement and joy for both children and visitors.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at a post-secondary level in marketing, social media, communication, or another equivalent field and will graduate no earlier than June 2026.
• Has a good ability to create and manage content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work.
• Has good data and system skills.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience within the sports movement, associations, or non-profit organizations.
• Have local knowledge of Järfälla and the surrounding area.
• Have previous experience in a similar role.
